HOW IT WORKS

Group size: A standard Story Bridge Adventure Climb accommodates up to 14 people.

Minimum age: from 6 years old and minimun 140cm.

Weight limit: 120kg.

Participation in the Swing is subject to these Terms & Conditions and the Story Bridge Adventure Climb Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
Participants must:

Be at least 6 years old AND minimun 140cm tall
Weigh no more than 120kg
Meet all Story Bridge Adventure Climb participation requirements
Be correctly fitted in the approved harness and safety equipment
Follow all instructions from SBAC staff

Medical Conditions

Guests must disclose any medical condition that may affect safe participation. The Swing may not be suitable for those with heart, neck, back or spinal conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, epilepsy, or other conditions that may be affected by sudden movement.

Safety

Participants must wear all safety equipment correctly and must not remove, adjust or interfere with any equipment. SBAC reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised.

Personal Items

No loose items, including phones, cameras, smart glasses, keys or wallets, are permitted during the Swing and the Climb itself.

Alcohol & Behaviour

Participants must pass the mandatory breath test (below 0.05% BAC), not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and behave responsibly at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the experience without refund.

Weather & Operations

The Swing may be delayed, modified or cancelled due to weather, maintenance or operational requirements. Where the Swing cannot operate for safety reasons, SBAC may offer a reschedule, alternative experience or refund of the Swing component at its discretion.

Risk Acknowledgement

The Swing is an adventure activity involving height, acceleration and managed risk. By participating, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow all directions provided by SBAC staff.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
