- Gift Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase
- The climb must be booked within the validity period
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be extended
- Promotional or discounted vouchers may have a shorter validity period, which will be clearly stated at the time of issue
- Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Your climb must be booked within this validity period. Once booked, your climb may take place on a future date, subject to availability.
To remain fair and consistent to all guests, Gift Vouchers will not be extended beyond their stated expiry date under any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, illness, travel restrictions or failure to book within the validity period.
Yes. Some promotional or discounted vouchers may have a shorter validity period. These vouchers may be issued for specific climbs, limited-time climb experiences, or as part of promotional campaigns.
Any expiry date or usage restrictions will always be clearly disclosed at the time the voucher is issued.
