Upon successfully completing an eligible Story Bridge Adventure Climb (please refer to the list of eligible climbs), you will need to submit a claim by clicking the “CLAIM YOUR CASHBACK” button on this website page.

As part of the claim process, you will be required to provide your Climb booking details and submit a copy of your QLD driver’s license or any other approved form of photo identification that includes your official residential address.

Please note that to be eligible, Climb bookings must have been made online through storybridgeadventureclimb.com.au after June 26th.

If your claim meets the criteria and is approved, you can expect to receive an SMS from card.gift within 2-3 business days after submitting your claim. This SMS will contain a link to download your SBAC Digital Prepaid Mastercard.

Once downloaded, you will have three months to add the digital prepaid card to your mobile e-wallet, and once added, you will have a generous 36-month period to utilize the card for your convenience. Get ready to enjoy the benefits of your cashback reward!

You can claim for a maximum of four (4) Climbers in one booking.
